Welcome to my shop!
I am mostly a self taught glass and wire artist. I have been working with glass in one form or another for over 20 years and have been working with wire and making jewelry for over 10 years. I have a love for bright colors, and have always been mesmerized by jewelry and glass. Even as a little girl I was using bits of glass, pull tabs from cans, wire, cloth, anything I could find to make jewelry. I worked with stained glass for several years then moved to mosaics and then to glass fusing and eventually lamp working.
In November 2004 I was the feature artist in "The Wire Artist Jeweller" Magazine.
My focus over the last few years has been learning new techniques. Most of that focus has been on Lampwork Bead making and working with recycled materials.
I was fortunate enough to take private lessons with lampwork artist Robert Jenick. Robert won Bead and Buttons Bead Dreams contest twice. Taking 1st place in 2008 and 2nd place in 2010.
I have also been learning some metal working with a big focus on upcycled and recycled.

I've also added a couple other passions to the shop. Vintage and antique items and also some perennial plants.
